Effective September 2023 - Dr. Englert will see patients twice a month in Evansville, IN.
Appointments must be scheduled through our office by calling 812-482-6424 option 1. As our appointments in Evansville are limited in number, we can schedule and see patients at our Jasper, IN.
If you are a new patient, please have your doctor send a referral request to us by fax at 812-634-9701.

Office is located across the street from the Cork n' Cleaver and Hebron School, behind Lic’s.
Dr. Englert limits her Evansville appointments to pediatric eye diseases/muscle problems and adults with eye muscle problems.
Due to Dr. Englert and staff traveling an hour to the Evansville office we are enforcing our missed appointment policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us 24-hour notice, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $25 fee. We realize that some things happen that are out of our control, so you will not be charged for your first missed appointment. However, you may be charged for any other missed appointments or will be asked for future appointments to be in our Jasper office.
Patients who formally saw Dr. Englert at The Eye Group:
All billing will now be processed through Dr. Englert’s main Jasper office, Southern Indiana Eye Associates. The Jasper office only accepts medical insurance so vision plans will no longer be accepted. There are some insurance plans that were accepted at the eye group that Southern Indiana Eye Associates does not accept. Please contact your insurance company to make sure we accept your medical insurance.
